Quick policy note from me as site owner. We help with features, passwords and unlock questions only for the rightful owner of the radio. If you ask for help with a locked or secured radio, expect to be asked for a purchase receipt, an agency transfer letter, or other proof it's yours. Radios turn up stolen from agencies and job sites, and we won't help anyone reuse one. If you bought used, get a bill of sale with the serial number at the time of purchase, and check with the seller about any agency inventory tags. What paperwork do you keep when you buy used gear?
